What we collect

• Scan inputs: business name, category, and city you submit. These are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) to run the scan.
• Email address: only if you request a report or subscribe.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store card details.
• Basic technical data: IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

We use scan inputs to produce your report, and your email to deliver reports and monitoring alerts you requested. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email without consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe option.

Third parties

Scan queries are processed by the AI providers listed above under their own privacy terms. Leads and reports may be stored in our email/automation tooling. Payments and related personal data are processed by Paddle (Paddle privacy policy).

Retention and deletion

Scan results for free scans are not stored server-side beyond logs. Lead and subscriber data is retained while your subscription or inquiry is active. Email info@codeunfold.com to request deletion of your data at any time.
